Upload Requirements:
- Song must be generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
- Submit high-quality mp3, 256kbps or higher.
- Song must be 44.1kHz or 48kHz to pass our filters.
- Be sure the song file is broadcast quality. No stray audio at the end. No clipped audio at the beginning.
- Please submit only one (1) song per week.
- Maximum upload size is 15mb.
- Maximum song length is 6 minutes.
- No obscenities or vulgarities. Songs with offensive content will be banned.
- No cover songs. No samples whatsoever. All songs must be original.
- No instrumentals. Songs must have 50% or more English vocals.
By submitting your song, you agree to the following terms:
- You affirm that you have submitted your music to us *before* registering it with a performance rights organization (PRO) or royalty collection agency.
- You confirm that you are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights to the uploaded song, including songwriting, performance, and recording rights. The song is your original work, with no covers, samples, or claims from third parties. You also confirm that you have the legal authority to grant the rights described in this agreement.
- You confirm that the song was created using artificial intelligence (AI) in compliance with all laws and the terms of the AI tools you used. The song does not infringe on any copyrights or other rights owned by others.
- By submitting your song, you grant Hit Radio AI and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Broadcast, distribute, and sublicense the song as part of radio programming.
- Include the song in curated collections or libraries shared with broadcasters, platforms, and other media partners.
- Adjust or adapt the song, including editing for broadcasting needs or combining it with other content, while respecting the integrity of your work.
- You confirm that the song is not currently registered with any performance rights organization (PRO) or royalty collection agency. Should you register the song with a PRO in the future, this agreement and the rights granted herein will remain unaffected.
- You retain full ownership of your song, and this agreement does not limit your ability to use, distribute, or monetize your music independently. However, you waive any additional claims to royalties or payments for the uses described in this agreement.
- Your song will not be sold or monetized as a standalone work but may be included in curated collections or libraries to promote AI music and enhance radio programming. These collections may be distributed royalty-free to broadcasters, platforms, and other partners.
- Once a song is submitted, it becomes part of our curated library and cannot be withdrawn or removed, as we rely on these submissions to maintain a consistent library for our partners.
- Submissions containing false information, violations of laws, or offensive material may be disqualified, and future submissions may not be accepted. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
- If any issues arise due to false information in your submission (e.g., ownership disputes or third-party claims), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hit Radio AI and its affiliates from any legal costs or damages resulting from those claims.
- Hit Radio AI will not be responsible for paying fees to any third-party organizations (e.g., PROs or royalty collection agencies) related to your song.
- Your contact details (e.g., email and full legal name) will remain private and will not be shared with anyone. We comply with data protection laws, including GDPR for EU/EEA submissions.
- Hit Radio AI cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as technical problems or changes in laws.
- Fraudulent submissions or misrepresenting ownership of a song will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
- If there are any disagreements about this agreement, we will first try to resolve them through mediation or arbitration. Legal disputes will be handled in Greenville, South Carolina, under U.S. law, no matter where you are located.

- Make your profile username the exact spelling, including spaces, as your artist name on Hit Radio AI. When we play your song on the radio station, the "NOW PLAYING ON HIT RADIO AI" window on our website on our pop-up player will link to your Producers Forum profile. There you can post news and links to other websites/social media you may have. All Hit Radio AI artists should have a profile there. Connect with fellow Hit Radio AI artists, look for a verified checkmark. If we play your music, you will also have a verified profile.

- Capitalize every word in the title. No "the" before artist name. Ensure one space between hyphen and artist & title.

Hit Radio AI respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. By submitting a song, you consent to Hit Radio AI sharing your submitted information, including song title, artist name, genre, and any optional profile links provided (e.g., Spotify, SoundCloud, or Producers.Forum), as part of our broadcast, in public releases and music libraries. Personal contact details such as your email address will not be shared or included.
The lawful basis for processing your personal data is the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill the terms of this agreement.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time by contacting music@HitRadioAI.com. Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill this agreement and comply with legal obligations. Hit Radio AI implements technical and organizational measures to secure your data against unauthorized access or misuse.
If you are located in the EU/EEA and believe your data has been mishandled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under GDPR.
