Upload Requirements:
- Song must be generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
- Submit high-quality mp3, 256kbps or higher.
- Song must be 44.1kHz or 48kHz to pass our filters.
- Be sure the song file is broadcast quality. No stray audio at the end. No clipped audio at the beginning.
- Please submit only one (1) song per week.
- Maximum upload size is 15mb.
- Maximum song length is 6 minutes.
- No obscenities or vulgarities. Songs with offensive content will be banned.
- No cover songs. No samples whatsoever. All songs must be original.
- No instrumentals. Songs must have 50% or more English vocals.
By submitting your song, you agree to the following terms:
- You affirm and warrant that you are the sole and exclusive rights holder of all commercial rights, including songwriting and performance rights, to the uploaded song. You confirm that the song is free of any third-party claims or encumbrances and is original, without any cover versions or sampled content.
- You affirm and warrant that the song was created using artificial intelligence (AI) and does not violate the terms of the AI software or tools used in its creation.
- You grant Hit Radio AI, its parent company, affiliates, and assignees an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to broadcast, distribute, publicly perform, market, promote, reproduce, and otherwise exploit the song in any media or format now known or later developed. This includes, but is not limited to, use on terrestrial radio, digital streaming, podcasts, advertisements, social media, and any other form of content distribution.
- You agree that Hit Radio AI may edit, modify, and adapt the song for any purpose related to broadcasting or marketing and may combine it with other content without restriction.
- You agree that Hit Radio AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any fees, royalties, or claims from any party, including but not limited to performance rights organizations (PROs), SoundExchange, or any other rights or royalty collection organizations.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hit Radio AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and assignees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from any breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations set forth in these terms, including any third-party claims related to the song.
- You agree that, if applicable, you will whitelist Hit Radio AI’s platforms, websites, and social media accounts from any automatic content claims or restrictions you have established for the song, ensuring that Hit Radio AI can continuously use and distribute the song without interruption.
- You acknowledge that submitting your song does not guarantee airplay or playlist addition. Hit Radio AI reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason, and there will be no notification regarding the acceptance or rejection of your submission.
- You affirm that the identity provided during submission is your own, and you assume full legal responsibility for the song submitted. Any false representation or claim that the song was submitted without your knowledge will result in legal action and potential banning from future submissions.
- You waive any moral rights you may have in the song, including the right to object to any modification or use of the song in a manner that you believe is derogatory to your honor or reputation.
- These terms and any disputes arising out of your submission will be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Greenville, South Carolina, USA.

When we play your song on the radio station, the "NOW PLAYING ON HIT RADIO AI" window on our website on our pop-up player will link to your Producers Forum profile. There you can post news and links to other websites/social media you may have. All Hit Radio AI artists should have a profile there. Connect with fellow Hit Radio AI artists, look for a verified checkmark. If we play your music, you will also have a verified profile.

- Capitalize every word in the title. No "the" before artist name. Ensure one space between hyphen and artist & title.
